The health food store that I frequent is really big on rebounders and they sell the ones that are for about $250.00. They say it's a " soft bounce " and better for you, but I'll stick with my K-Mark special and I'm sure I'm still reaping benefits! It is also a good idea that Christel mentioned about checking on e-bay. Or if you have a laundramat or grocery store that has one of those bulletin boards where you can put up notices, put one up that you're looking for a mini-trampoline. Lots of people get them and never use them and then they are just taking up space, so they'd probably be glad to get rid of them! in health,

Guest guest
Please go easy in the beginning on these, and work up. I got very carried away and may have thrown my back out that way. Otherwise they are very fun and good for you. of DH " People are like stain glass windows; they sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is alight within. Guest guest
This isn't a good price but here is one with balance bar to hold onto: http://www.sundancerebounders.com/50-thera.htm Okay actually bouncer I was referring to with chair called 'bounce back chair' and here is a picture of that, which would be suitable for people with poor balance and also leg weakness : http://www.bouncebackfitnesschair.com/ Certainly price isn't cheap but perhaps on Ebay they may have second hand. I would imagine it would be good for your legs. --- In , Patilla DaHun <glypella@p...> wrote: > Here's a site with a good price on them: > > http://wonderfulbuys.com/urbanre.asp > > Barth > > TOXIC MOLD SURVEY: www.presenting.net/sbs/sbssurvey.html > > PUBLISH YOUR STORY: www.presenting.net/sbs/sbsstoryform.html
