Guest guest
MJH yes, you are right. I just wish everyone could find the same kind of help with their own physical burdens. The past couple days are some of the most normal yet. My " sleeper " is still broken. I don't get sleepy, even with the supportive herbal measures it can be 3:00 AM before I fall asleep. As long as I am able to make it up on the other end and sleep in till I waken naturally (usually no later than 8 :-( ) I don't take drugs to make me sleep. I gave Rich's methylation pathway blockage supplements a 6 month trial, and While I am much improved, I suspect it's more related to the 2 months of Valtrex, since EVB titer was quadrupled in Aug. I am back on my feet again and back to 90 - 100 % of normal energy. I continue to have minimal fibro tenderness. Mg helps that some. Wishing everyone new discoveries for improved health in 2008/ MJH, continued and successful healing for you Diane in MI Re: Do most CFS sufferers have cognitive impairment......memory, etc Diane You sure have come a long way in less than two years. It is wonderful that you are able to take advantage of the F & F medical services. mjh . ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ No virus found in this incoming message. I worry that it will get to the point that I will not be able to manage my own affairs. When I first became ill 16+ years ago my cognitive function got so bad that I couldn't comprehend a paragraph of a newspaper article. I would start to speak and forget what I was talking about before I could finish a sentence. Magnesium injections helped some at first but I stopped getting any additional improvement after my magnesium deficiency was eliminated, I think.
