I've only taken it a few times. However, I can report that I think

it reduces some of my pain symptoms significantly. For example, I

try to take walks for exercise, and I am able to walk longer and

faster with much less pain in my lower legs after the CSM. I should

try increasing to the four daily doses that I believe Dr. S

recommends, but I don't know how I'm going to manage that.

I've looked through the old posts on CSM, and there doesn't seem to

be many experiences shared. I will try to start a survey-type

thread, where maybe we can hear more about people's experiences with

this stuff. If it's the only answer out there for reducing

mycotoxins, I would think some of the 1471 people on this forum would

be trying it. And if there are other answers, I would love to hear

about them.
