Guest guest
Hi all I think I am having kidney problems.About 3 years ago I tried NDF,could not tolerate even 1 drop. Some time later I tried MSM. I got kidney pain at smallest dosage. Can not tolerate cholestyramine and many others that can not remember at this point. Can not tolerate supplement additives. Lately I had to take some b12 and I saw that I can not even tolerate B12 (HydroxyC) at 200 mcg dosage. I am getting kidney pain and feeling extremely toxic. With 500 mcg HC I feel so toxic that I have to make coffee enema. My urine amount is also little. It finally occurred to me that I may have kidney problems.Which tests should I have to take to check for it. I read that Creatinine and urea tests will show kidney failure when it is little late. Are there any other tests I should take that will show kidney problems at early stage? .Simple tests would be best as I do not have much energy to stay at hospitals long time:). Are there any natural herbs and or supplements which improve kidney function? thanks a lot. Nil *****Ive reversed most my symptoms. Before I addressed my kidney toxicity I reduced my metalic burden. You might want to do this via? boosting glutathione via Whey Protein or going down the methylation route. Kidney health can be improved with: orange juice, lemon juice, ginger, b6, parsely to dissolve stones. Regards CS kidney problems. Guest guest
For me reguar whey protein worked - the stuff you get from sports shops. One my road to recovery ive realised that recovery depends on the severity of your symptoms and the action plan for treatment should suit this. The approached which I think would be most beneficial depending on your severity are: 1) Klinghardt /kane 2) Yasko 3) Detoxification Organ cleanses I have recently added guaifenesin to flush out more toxins from my kidneys. As I was so toxic I followed the protocol of Kane first loosely before cleansing my organs: my regime:  no wheat or dairy or carbs for around 12 months 1) Raising Glutathione & thyroid - Whey Protein 2) Killing infections - Lactoferrin, Coconut oil, Manuka Honey 3) Improving adrenals - Licorice, Salt 4) Liver / Gallbladder flush - Olive oil, Grapefruit juice, Turmeric, Apple juice, Probiotics, Lecithin 5) Antioxidants - OPC's rich fruits & Juicing 6) Heavy Metals - Coriander herb, Chlorella, Garlic 7) Fatty Liver / Gallbladder -  Lecithin, GLA, Chlorella, Probiotics &  Olive oil, Grapefruit juice, Turmeric, Apple juice, Coffee 8) Antioxidants - herbs 9) Metal Cleanse - coriander, chlorella, Zeolites 10)Parasite Cleanse - Armetesis, Cloves, Black walnut hull, ginger, garlic, onions, cabbage, carrots, collodiol silver 11)Bowel Cleanse - Psyllium 12)Kidney Cleanse - ginger, b6, magnesium, black cherry extract, parsley, lemon juice, taurine 13)Liver Cleanse - apple juice, olive oil, lemon juice 14)Immune Cleanse 15)Maintenance - efas, minerals, aminos, ATP supps - carnitine, mg, B12, b6 , b12, vit C, MultiVit, Taurine Regards CS Re: kidney problems. Guest guest
Guaifenesin does not flush out any toxins. All it does is to metabolize into a form of acid which is rapidly excreted in the urine, and people somehow interpret that as being a sign that it's flushing out something, when it's simply flushing itself out. In fact, someone I know once did a urine test for minerals while on guaifenesin, and off of it, and actually found he was excreting more heavy metals when he wasn't taking guaifenesin! Guaifenesin is in the propanediol chemical family. These chemicals have neurological effects. The first " tranquilizer " medicine created, meprobamate, was a propanediol derivative. The drug Soma is also a propanediol derivative, and it's not a coincidence that Soma helps some people with fibromyalgia. And of course there is Robaxin, a muscle relaxant, which is guaifenesin carbamate. For more information, see: http://web.mit.edu/london/www/guai.html - Mark > I have recently added guaifenesin to flush out more toxins from my kidneys.
