Guest guest
Then professsor Wessely is right. He may not have had the therapeutic specifics down, but his concept that CFSers need some kind of behavioral reprogramming is confirmed. All CFSers who maligned Professer Wessely owe him an apology. - > > > > > Great - how does it REVERSE toxicity in the body whether it be heavy metals > > and pathogenic burden and acidity burden ? > > > > > > > > Regards > > CS > > > > > > > > > --------------------------------- > Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Guest guest
My CFS started with CMV. I tried the training on my vacation while I was off from work. At first it worked. I took NONE of my meds, and was able to sleep, felt fine. Then, I started getting sick. Tickle in my throat CFS allergies, then full blown cold and fatigue. Went back on my meds, including naltraxone and the lymph nodes in my thigh started churning. I am still fighting off the fatigue and cold now. Oh well, I tried. It was a great feeling not to take meds for a few days. Carol in LI, NY **************Start the year off right. Guest guest
Many cfs peoples problems ( not everyones ) are caused by an infection/ virus that triggers the Amygdala to over react ( it is on over drive). Amygdala Retraining helps switch the response off. . My root cause was an infection that i believe caused the amygdala to over react and would not switch off. Ashok Gupta who developed the Amygdala Retraining had cfs his cfs started with an infection. best regards D. > > Then professsor Wessely is right. > He may not have had the therapeutic specifics down, but his concept > that CFSers need some kind of behavioral reprogramming is confirmed. > > All CFSers who maligned Professer Wessely owe him an apology. > - >
Guest guest
As stated in the Amygdala Retraining you need to give yourself six months not just a few weeks while you are on hols. This does not sound like Amygdala Retraining to me. Did you do it all and which parts did you find easiest & which parts did you find hardest? did you get a full refund ? just curious thats all .best regards D. > > My CFS started with CMV. Guest guest
If you had success I think you should keep it up. There are hills and valley's to go through. At the very least it should be a good adjunct - something you can rely on to give you a boost. I'd take the meds and do the training - for six months - as he requests.
