As long as your serum ammonia is not elevated, your urea cycle is

working just fine. The liver's urea cycle is capable of detoxing very

large amounts of ammonia. You have to have a significant effect to

prevent this from happening.

Yes, BH4 can lead to more NO generation. However, supplementation BH4

may have the opposite effect:

FWIW, I don't see what the connection is between ammonia and BH4.
