Barry, The bigger the fish the more danger there is of mercury. The

predators eat the little guys and end up with all their mercury (justice??).

Are you on the autism treatment egroup list - very interesting and info packed

discussions (most of the time) Good luck, Ken

P.S. WAtch out for arsenic in chickens (especially chicken wings). it never

ends and is best to buy organic - usually much more expensive but cheap at any

price. :)

Barry,

If your son will eat beans, lentils and the like, they are a very good

source of protein.

Where do you get a fish like tilapia? Is Mahi Mahi a deep sea fish?

How often do you eat fish and aren't you concerned with the polluted

waters and mercury problem? I do eat fish too about once a week but I

feel like perhaps I shouldn't. Problem IS we have to stop polluting
