you may also want to try Rich's methlyation support supplements. They help the

immune system (although again they often cause herx reactions first)

Also Castor oil packs and Lemon/oil Drink combined are very good for the immune

system. I can give you info on how to do this if you want it

Thanks everyone for all the replies to my post. You have given me a

lot to think over.

I do want to say that I have been aware of the problem of picking up

viruses from surfaces and have been very conscientious about sanitizing

surfaces, washing my hands and keeping them away from my face. I can

walk through a store with my hands in my pockets and still get sick.

My problem is not that I'm picking up viruses by not being careful,

it's that for some reason I'm just unbelievably susceptible to them.
