Guest guest
I live in midwest and this winter has been really hard on mood and energy, I complain every winter, and every summer when it gets humid and 80-100 degrees; extremes either way mess me up. I keep thinking about moving to more moderate climate, been here my whole life, a lot invested, but I feel so much better in moderate climates. Its nice here in spring and fall, but so many months are too hard, like an endurance test on top of everything else, and then there is the danger of falling on ice or car accidents in snow. What has been people's experiences with weather effecting their illness? any rec's on best place to live? for me, extreme heat might be worst in that I can't be out in it long if its sunny, I will feel sick/weak sooner or later if do for that day or next. can get heat poisoning easy as get older, longer i go with cfs. my mood is better though in the summer. winter, i can function in outside if I wear many layers but I just feel gross, worse mood, achier, it gets unendurable after awhile, start to feel like a shell of a person. I would like to find a place with moderate weather, low taxes, low pollution and good culture and health care, ha, wouldnt everyone. any thoughts appreciated ms. id
