Guest guest Posted March 5, 2008 Report Share Posted March 5, 2008 It seems to me that since CFS causes accelerated aging, taking carnosine in order to reduce glycation would be a good idea. However, I seem to remember reading somewhere that carnosine was not a good idea for PWCs. I may be confusing it with citrulline, though. Does anyone here know about the use of carnosine in CFS?
