Guest guest
Exactly what I said, Geraldo. You can't know that you are the cause of these people's coughing fits. Nor, for that matter, that the coughing fits are anything more than a momentary discomfort to anyone else. So, ignore. For 7 days. Discover for yourself whether it is merely an observation or an obsession. No one is grading you on this, and no one will die if you ignore it for a week. You will be the sole judge of the outcome. It's a virtual no-risk proposition. Either way you decide, the outcome will be that you will know more about it in a week than you do right now. Then, you can decide how to reasonably proceed from there. Hope this is of some help. Guest guest
Gerardo, this is good news if the doctor didn't react to " you " . So, perhaps it's not you but you are just aware of others' physical symptoms. For example, I was in a retail store this weekend, saw a saleswoman on phone, when I walked within her space she ended the call and started to cough. I asked if she was ok and she responded she's ill and was holding back the cough until the customer's conversation ended. Another example while the contractors where here repairing my roof and interior from the tornado a few weeks ago, the roofer came feeling good, however when I check on him after a few hours his eyes where red, nose runny, and coughing as I approached. It wasn't me but the heat on the shingles (coal and tar) causing a reaction in him! I notice many people, sales clerks, office workers with symptoms and they do not verbalize them thinking it's just normal for them; once I help them to understand it's not normal and they are reacting to their environment their minds open and begin to ask many questions. Another example, I was in an oral surgeon's office a few weeks ago for wisdom tooth extraction, was waiting, the office staff was normal; all of a sudden another patient walks in, goes to the receptionist, fills out forms and I walk back to the receptionist asking how much longer the M.D. would be. She started coughing! I asked what's wrong and she said the new patient was causing her a reaction. I asked what's she reacts to and her only reaction is cat dander. Out of curiosity I asked the patient if she has a cat; she answered yes. Does any of this help you? Before my multiple chemical sensitivity, I never really noticed so many physical reactions in the general public. Now I do, I'm more aware of my own reactions and am watching others wherever I go and also educating them why they are sniffling, coughing, etc. They are amazed when I share how their environment affects their health. I react to perfumes, colognes, downy fabric softener, etc and have to get away from those people and they are not allowed in my home. Recently my husband's favorite Aunt died and I declined to attend the church funeral service because of the toxins to me and also the pesticides and artificial fragrances they spray on the flowers. When my husband comes home from work, he leaves his shoes and clothes in the garage, goes upstairs, showers and changes clothes before I give him his welcome home hug. It's not him but what's on him from the environment that I will react. I do the same when I come home to keep our home safe. Keep in mind not everyone is reactive and sensitive to the same substances; we are all different and different levels of tolerances so not everyone can react to you! I'm pleased you declined the Rx medications, I could suggest some simple herbal tinctures or teas if you feel you need something to calm your anxiety and stress. Please consider what I say, please inquire when of the people whom you think are reacting to you if they had been having physical symptoms before you come into their space, ask questions, don't assume it's you please. Rosie RE: [] Re: ancient mold detoxification no, he just told me that he was not experiencing allergies while talking to me and told me that releasing spores to other was very far fetched and that he would not be able to convince me otherwise because I was fixated that I was carrying these mold fragments with me. He offered me medication for stress, depression, etc.... asked me to take or lleave, so I declined. He also recommended something called cognitive psychology, so I can use reason to brooaden my perception of " the mold issue " . erikmoldwarrior <erikmoldwarrior@...> escribió:Gerardo wrote: > I went to a psychiatrist today as advised by family doctor and he told me that he does believe that I am releasing mold fragments causing allergies to others and that I am probably delusional.
