Guest guest
Would like to know if it is possible to find Vit B1 (Thiamine) in liquid form as well as Vit B Complex in liquid form from a reliable source? Many thanks Kooky
Guest guest
There are products called Allithiamine and Benfotiamine which are in tablet form and supposed to be more absorbable than the typical B1 thiamine supplements. There are of course injections which would eliminate the use of the gut altogether. I was looking for vit b complex injections but in doing so came across liquid b vits. After finding that I was deficient in b1 b2 b3 b6 from BioLab testing I am finding more reports indicating that these kind of deficiencies are not particularly rare for CFS patients. That being the case doctors/consultants should be taking these deficiencies more seriously as these in themselves would cause any one to have CFS symptoms. Adam Vit B complex and B1 (Thiamine) seperately??? Would like to know if it is possible to find Vit B1 (Thiamine) in liquid form as well as Vit B Complex in liquid form from a reliable source? Guest guest
I don't understand people's obsession with getting something more absorbable. Why not just take a little more of what is less absorbable to absorb the same amount? An easy and cheap solution!
