Hi Sue,

I wasn't able to tolerate Immunepro (permanent sore throats, glands, weakness,

malaise etc that

did not get better over time). If I had been able to tolerate it 3 months would

have been my next

milestone to assess it on.

Kindest regards,

Annette

Have you ever treid " cholostrum? pretty expensive stuff; the Army

used Cholostrum on our soldiers to boost their immune systems;I read.

I have not tried Cholostrum; so i cannot say if good for CFSFM. thx. -

I know plain Vitmain C boosts the immune system; boosts Glutathione

levels; increases iron from plants and protectsteeth and gums.

Vitain C also prevents certain types of arthritis and makes collagen.

In fact Collagen from Vit. C is what holds our connective tissues

together ! Lemons and Grapefrutis are highest in Vit. C; then oranges.

A drink of Lemon or Lime juice and honey is a great morning tonic. A.-

ps Why increases Glutathione;...don;'t know if chlestrum does....

well sun is out so i go out to get my free vitamin D solar type !- In
