Guest guest
I just saw an article that said that older people should not wait until they're thirsty to drink water. Because as we age, the mechanism that alerts to thirst fades out or something. I didn't know that! It repeated the the need for 8 8oz glasses of water a day. (I think this may vary in some conditions and circumstances). And that lack of enough water contributes to fatigue. So, since some of us are, ahem, getting older now, plus our natural mechanisms like thirst often don't function correctly anyway, I thought I'd post this.
