3 layered approach to detox metals

Hi All,

I have been doing the following to chelate metals but have just added another

3rd layer to

?get more metals out ie.Glutathione Precursors:

1)Heavy metals - Coriander, Chlorella, Zeolites,Seaweed algae ,kelp,

2)Methylation - B12,B6,folic acid,choline

3)Glutathione Precursors - Vitc , Turmeric, Vit E, Selenium, B1,B2,mg, zinc,

rosemary and

Glutathione FOODS.

one scientist told me it can re-expose you to the metals/toxins when

you detox, I felt worse when tried chlorella. maybe the key is to do

it slowly?

*****I think the key is to detox and use?binders to carry the metals out of the

body.

I seem to having success using specific minerals to re balance my blood pressure

- hence

cognitive functionis better!
