Carol

I am undermethylated and also have zinc deficiency and high copper.I am not sure

if I have pyroluria or if I have developed this zinc deficiency due to other

reasons. For the last 6-8 ,months I started developing some suicidal depression.

It is just starting.just couple of thoughts coming on and off.(I must say that

this is the first time in my life I started thinking about this subject so it is

something different for me.).I do not have much energy in these times to make

more research on the subject.I am wondering if this is sign of high histamine or

pyroluria. I had been supplementing with some zinc and b6 for some time but

either the dose is low or the problem is high histamine problem.I am thinking of

trying high histamine supplements. Do you have any thoughts on if suicidal

depression occurs due to pyroluria or high histamine?

Yes, I'm familiar with Pfeiffer . Pheiffer's

" undermethylated " approach is generally very workable

for me personally, with some exceptions,

I'm not that knowledgeable on the Pfeiffer pyroluria

category. It hasn't been helpful for me to think

of pyroluria as a separate category fwiw. YMMV.

More on Pheiffer biotypes charts for comparison in my

Links>Methylation folder, or google.

Beyond any categories, ANYONE can have suicidal thoughts

if their energy level gets low enough that they go into apathy,

or they feel otherwise overwhelmed in life.

Mood is a sign of how well we think we're doing in life,

like taking your temperature.
