It seems like most of the people on the TenthParidigm list all have MCS rather than CFS. I did the protocol for two months and didn't notice any difference (good or bad) at all. I have purchased another three month supply and am starting the protocol over again this week. I haven't tried the nebulized B12 or glutathione as Dr. Pall seems to think that the supplements alone should work. Take care. Hi Bernie, I hope I answered most of your questions in the novel I wrote to Katrina's question. It was my impression that the nebulized B12 and glutathione was the most important part of the protocol. I could be wrong of course and misunderstood, but what I did read in the book gave me that impression. I did read it together with my husband, who is a scientist and could easily explain the difficult parts to me. The fog sometimes made it difficult to grasp the scientific language. I know dr.Pall wrote that the protocol could be used without the Glutathione but that was because a lot of people can't get the compounded stuff. Just like you can use methylcobalin instead of the better absorbable form hydroxocobalin (b12), you won't get the same results, but as dr.Pall says, a little is better than nothing. I also start again today, maybe we can keep the list posted on how things are going and compare notes ;-) -- Portland, OR

However, those items are a part of Dr. Ziem's protocol. The original protocol that Dr. Pall designed doesn't include those two items and he feels that the supplements (MVM-A, CoQ-Gamma E, FlaviNOx, NAC and Ultra EPA) should work without the nebulized items. I imagine the nebulized items would help to speed up the recovery process. I'll let you know in a month's time how things are going :-) Take care.
