which type of PC for bed ridden PWC's?

Hi all

I am thinking of changing my PC. My current one is desktop.Thinking the

possibility of being totally bed ridden I am wondering which type of PC would

be easier to use at bed? desk top with monitor being placed at side of the bed

or a laptop?or using TV as computer screen?What do you think?
