Guest guest
I guess you could say I'am somewhat of an authority of noise sensitivity, because I'am almost deaf and am sensitive to electricity which is what noise sensitivity is, but I also strongly believe the cause is pesticides ... however if you'd like to see tonnes of reports I have it's all on the Hyperacusis Board, just register and bingo you're in and can read all the threads. Mind you, if you do go there, my user name is Leah! It's at www.hyperacusis.net. That is the old board, but once you register (free) your taken into the new board! The mitochondria is the energy center of the cell, and the mutation of the mitochondria is usually the cause of why people are deaf, I found out this little tidbit searching in some Medical Database, but chemists, engineers, and Physic Professors know so much more about how sound affects the body than doctors do! Another great book you can pick up about sound at your library is " The Power of Sound " , by Leeds. AMAZING!! And pick up the Electric Universe or any book by Bodanis, I haven't been to his website yet, I often sleep for 17-20 hours straight! Of all the 12 cranial nerves, 10 of them are affected by sounds we hear, what may not affect someone's hearing can affect their stomach, or their blood pressure!
