Guest guest
In Massachusetts, as in most other States, Citizens have the Legal and Constitutional Right to petition their Government for Legislation to help with the General Health and Welfare of the Public. Sadly, Massachusetts has ignored my petitions since 1996. My Petitions have been to create a Law to protect Family’s from the Health dangers of Toxic Mold, create Lemon Law standards for construction and to allow for prosecution of Local and State employees and officials that are corrupt. Nobody in elected Office in Massachusetts has come forward to support or speak on behalf of any of these Petitions. The silence has been deafening. Now it is tome for the citizens of Massachusetts and the Media to get these stories told. If we wish to have a Fair and Open discussion, we must force our Elected Officials to deal fairly with the Complaints. Attached are what I asked to have submitted to the Committee at the Hearing. It tells story, documented by Government Public Records, of open corruption that has harmed Family’s across the state. We are currently in Oklahoma recovering from our exposure and illnesses from Toxic Mold created by the Massachusetts corruption. This will not allow us to be there or to have the many people interested in supporting our Legislation appear. I'm sure, as has happened in the past, that the opponents of our Legislation were given ample time of notification by the legislature so they could muster their forces to respond. Please forward the attachments and this e-mail to the Committee. Could you also send me the name of the Committee and the names of the members? After the Hearing, will you send me the names of the Committee members that appeared at the Hearing? I had hoped that Senator O'Leary would have been supportive of trying to help the many Family's of Massachusetts that are sick from Toxic Mold that is in their home, workplaces, schools, nursing homes, hospitals and Government buildings. It seems I was wrong about the Senator. He has become a part of the status quo of Beacon Hill politicians that are more concerned with re-election than important issues. As has been asked during many investigations of Government wrongdoing, " What did they know and when did they know it " . In our case, everything has been known for over a decade on Beacon Hill. It has also been covered-up for at least that long by the Town and State Ken Moulton
