I found this at wikipedia

I am wondering what this drug arcalion does in relation to adrenal functioning.

Doctor once prescribed it to me but I did not use it.

oh! intereting I saw that its active ingredient is presursor of B1.

Sulbutiamine (brand name: Arcalion) is a precursor to thiamine (i.e., vitamin

B1).
