Guest guest
Ok just did it and my face is on fire, High Histamine so what now!!! @...: yildiz22@...: Fri, 29 Aug 2008 15:22:51 +0300Subject: Using Niacin to test for Histamine Levels Proposed test for histamine:`The following descriptions show that it is usually easy to distinguish between high and low histamine types. If in doubt about the histamine status, take (or give) 50 mg of niacin with water on an empty stomach. If a strong facial flush develops, histamine levels are high. If there is no or only a weak flush, levels are probably normal or low. Then try 200 mg of niacin in the same way. If there is still no or only a weak flush, histamine levels are low.`http://www.health-science-spirit.com/mentaldisease.htmlbwnil _________________________________________________________________ Get thousands of games on your PC, your mobile phone, and the web with Windows®. http://clk.atdmt.com/MRT/go/108588800/direct/01/
Guest guest
Hi Mike I think you need to search for papers of Pfeiffer treatment center.`Pfeiffer` `Walsh` `high-histamine` or `undermethylated` will yield some results. I had some some search on these in the past. Took the tests of whole blood histamine and absolute basophile count.it came out that I was high histamine.I am not taking any folic acid now.I noticed that even low doses of it found in B-50's put me into depression mode. i am also not comfortable with ascorbic acid and am using ascorbates. I am not sure if this info is totally correct though.May need further investigation.I am not doing anything else on this due to my exhaustion level. bw nil RE: Using Niacin to test for Histamine Levels Ok just did it and my face is on fire, High Histamine so what now!!! [MODERATOR: Any folks care to step in and start doing research on this? Since " depression " is often " seen by MDs " , a chemical catalyst (and countering) may be of significiant benefit.]

Guest guest
The niacin can be applied in high histamine cases in ways we would not normally expect. I've been experimenting with this a lot in the last year and have written that up in my " em " article, url below. Carol W. willis_protocols Articles in Files. Guest guest
carol i forget that you were talking about the histamine connection long before I heard about pfeiffer. do you have an opinion on figuring it out via a pfeiffer center? > > The niacin can be applied in high histamine cases > in ways we would not normally expect. > I've been experimenting with this a lot in the last > year and have written that up in my " em " article, url below. > > Carol W. > willis_protocols > Articles in Files. >
