Guest guest Posted August 10, 2008 Report Share Posted August 10, 2008 Great- Ive worked on heavy metals and Glutathione Pathway a little deeper. 1) Whey Protein - glutathione pathway then Coriander and Chlorella 2) B12, Folic Acid, Choline - Methylation/ glutathione pathway 3) Vit C, Bcomplex, minerals- glutathione pathway What I have found after considerable detoxing, is that to go even deeper I am now doing: 1) Lymphatic drainage massage 2) Cardio exercise 3) Glutathione/antioxidant boosting foods Regards CS Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
