Please excuse cross-posting. Thanks Tracey

I just started the FWIW/Zero-based Protocol 12 days ago and the

improvements I see are dramatic . However, But my temperature is rarely is

rarely ever high. In fact it rarely reaches 98 degrees. When I first

starting trying to heal myself, I had herx reactions so severe that it would

stop me from being able to function or even continue treatment. I was also

concerned that I would infect my family as large amounts of pus started

seeping out of the back of my head, neck and chest. And frankly, back then

the pain was already unbearable, so I really wanted to avoid additional pain

So, after hours of research, I came up with a Herxing Prevention protocol

that is pretty effective in minimizing Hex reactions. It includes taking:

A mix of bentonite, fiber (apple pectin, psyllium, grapefruit pectin,

glucanomman, etc) and coconut oil. One hour later I take charcoal. I

make sure I take them a minimum of two hours after or before eating or

taking medicine and supplements.

I also take Spanish Black Radish

If this does not help I do an enema.

Like others I regularly take Vitamin C, Magnesium, and drink water which

helps a little.

Since adding these steps to my regimen, I can take my supplements with fewer

interruptions, because I experience less and less severe headaches, stomach

aches, pains, chills, fevers rashes and other symptoms. The pus problem is

virtually non-existent now. Every once in a while I get a boil.

However, many of you are tracking your progress by gauging your herx

response to the supplements and medicines you take, so I am concerned

because I have minimal herx reactions.

Should I stop preventing my herx response to therapies? Is doing this

hurting my treatment in any way?

Thanks

Tracey
