Guest guest
On an organic acids (OA) (MAP) test, Adipate, Suberate, and Ethylmalonate are used to get some idea of fatty acid metabolism. I was very good on all of them and the 3 taken together, perfectly normal and right in the middle of the bell curve -- best part of my whole OA. :-) I use olive oil for cooking, eat eggs, meat, fish, dairy, nuts and nut butters, olives, and avocados. And take 1000 mg fish oil supp for 2-3 yrs now. I used corn oil for cooking for years, decades ago, turns out it was one of the most inflammatory oils. Carol W.
