Legal Recourse needed for unhealthy homes making thousands ill??

I just cannot figure out the sense of this society,

how millions are ill because of the homes and apts

they live in, and doctors have their hands tied by the

political system, does it really need to take legal

lawsuits by those people who don't have the money and

are being refused legal aid?

Lawyer advice?

Here's a site about the housing costing the gov't

millions, costing billions in solutions that don't fix

the problems the way things are now!
