Guest guest
Hi, Nelly. He didn't say at that time, but I heard him give a talk not long ago. He treats Babesia within the context of his overall treatment program for Lyme disease, and it has many parts. As part of it, he mentioned using the Buhner herbs. I have a copy of Buhner's book, and to treat Babesia he suggests artemisinin capsules: 100 mg 3x daily for 30-40 days, Red root (Ceanothus spp.) tincture: one-half to one and one-half teaspoons (30-90 drops) to 4x day, and for shaking chills/sweats/fevers: boneset tea, 2-4 cups daily. I've also been hearing good things about Dr. Lee Cowden's treatment, and for Babesia he recommends Enula, and I think the dosage schedule is 30 drops bid x 12.5 days, off 36 hours, repeated. This is available from Nutramedix. Best regards, Rich
