Sjogern's syndrome?

One of my rheumie's told me that I have Sjogern's syndrome (very dry mouth and

eyes).  Several of my online friends with CFS have been told this also.  I used

to have trouble swallowing but so glad that got better.  

  I take lactic acid for my fibro.  Just took 2 of them today.

Good point, as lactic acid production increases during the

fight-flight response.

Here is another one I just ran into, during fight-flight the salivary

glands decrease the saliva. Dry mouth is a common problem in my own

CFS case, but I have found that reversing as I have used some of the

amygdala-calming ideas.
