Guest guest
One of my rheumie's told me that I have Sjogern's syndrome (very dry mouth and eyes). Several of my online friends with CFS have been told this also. I used to have trouble swallowing but so glad that got better. I take lactic acid for my fibro. Just took 2 of them today. Alice CFS-Amygdala hypothesis Date: Tuesday, July 15, 2008, 11:13 AM Hi Dirk, Good point, as lactic acid production increases during the fight-flight response. Here is another one I just ran into, during fight-flight the salivary glands decrease the saliva. Dry mouth is a common problem in my own CFS case, but I have found that reversing as I have used some of the amygdala-calming ideas. --Kurt > > > Thanks , > > I had not made that connection, interesting.
