Guest guest
Hello to all..... after my lack of success with HBOT (40+ treatments) Dr. C did more testing and rx'd sublingual heparin (tested positive for the clotting abnormality) and testosterone cream. So, my question is -- how long does it take before you notice any change from adding these things? [Moderator: I would suggesting taking piracetam 15 minutes before, the two of them amplifies each other effects - russian study on pubmed. You may notice cognitive improvement in 15 minutes, or longer duration of mental clarity] Thanks. Kendra in IL PS: I really don't feel any different, except maybe more tired - but I did really overdo it with my giant garage sale to raise money for the HBOT (Nov 8) - and it usually takes me 1 week to 10 days+++ to recover from activity. If I'm lucky I manage to get out of the house 2-3 times a month to go to doctor appts. Other than that I'm pretty much in bed 24/7. (Autonomic response testing? confirms what I know - that if I tried to stand up/be on my feet I feel like I'm going to collapse after just a few minutes, I can last longer if I'm in motion, but trying to stand still is awful. Towards the end of the HBOT I was taking Clindamycin + Flagyl (at the same time for at least a few weeks). (FYI- I never notice any *herx* - usually abx simply make me feel better.) I also take Chlorella, Vit D, B-12, Iodoral, Diflucan, Hydrocortisone (replacement dosage for adrenal failure) and other stuff that I can't remember right now... I did receive the test strips for the acid/alkaline issue and so far I'm still testing slightly on the acidic side - so I'm also adding a splash of baking soda to my bottled water that I keep next to my bed.
