Guest guest
I have been taking Vinpocetine for about a month (30-60 mg/day). I decided to add it to my regimen because it is said to enhance memory, decrease dementia, as well as help with gastric ulcers, epilepsy, tinnitus. It is also said to have anti-platelet activity. I am considering switching to taking Periwinkle instead, as is a derivative compound found in the leaves of the plant. Applying Ken's strategy of saving money by buying Tumeric bulk and encapsulating them, I have begun buying organic herbs in bulk so that I can expand on what I can afford to take. I find that in addition to saving money, the potency and quality is greatly improved and I notice more dramatic results. One of the sources I use, guarantees that the herbs have been cultivated less than three months prior to purchase. So to save money , I am considering using Perwinkle. I was wondering what you guys thought regarding using Periwinkle(Vinca minor) as a substitute for Vinpocetine The following are the references provided by my source http://www.supplementnews.org/vinpocetine/vinpocetine-references.htm#
