Hi Deb. Oh so you only take a total of 10mg HC for the whole day?

Thats amazing if so, very low dose.

My brain does a number on me all day long with HC! Sometimes i get a

window of clarity at night, short lived as it may be.

However, my entire body does a worse number on me if I take anything

below 35mg hc a day. I really wish i could keep it to 20, but theres

no way!
