Had similar situation myself, but adrenal fatigue never addressed. Wondering if the " incidents " were anything like a bolt of lightning catching your head on fire for a few months, especially when pulse elevated. Mine was said to be a " minor aneurysm " . I never thought about it again but still get pain in the same place now 10 years later. MRI's all negative.

Guest guest
I take : Cell building: Essential fattys acid:Evening primrose oil, flax, lecithin Mitochondria:Roobios,Coq10, pantothenic acid, niacin,B complex, B12, vit C, Magnesium, Breathing for oxygen Adaptogenic supps : oats, basil, ashgwanda astralagus etc I spent some weeks reducing anxiety - this is the root cause of CFS triggered by illness /stress in my opinion. if you dont do this no amount of supps will help you!? Guest guest
To clear mental fog. What works for me. 1.- meditation for 20 minutes. Guided is better if new to it. 2.- imuplus NOT immune Pro RX or others for me. Only Imuplus works for me. Others I can not tolerate. 3.- gingko biloba or bromelain (blood thinners). Use with caution. 4.- Vit C 5.- Magnesium, Vit E, etc You may want to look into the amygdala retraining program from Ashok Gupta. It calms your central nervous system down. Then clarity and peace ensue. It can work very quickly for some. Very useful for dealing with the sleep issues, etc. It puts you more in control of your body. For whatever reason the amydala and central nervous system are involved in CFS. Learning how to calm them down quickly whenever you need to is a wonderful thing. Regardless if it is the cure or not. Just being far more in control of the ride can be of great help. Just an example: I ate way too much very dark chocolate one night. So my body went into the high caffeine awful feeling Wired, the pedal to the metal but no fuel, fast heart beat etc. So I used a couple of techniques from Gupta. In 5 minutes I calmed my CNS down completely. Normally it would have taken a whole night awake. I was so amazed that I had gained that level of control over my CNS. Now, this does not mean one should indulge in CNS stimulants because one can calm it down. Stay away from all stimulants. Key point about Gupta's program. It is NOT about ignoring your body or pushing yourself. ALWAYS rest when your body tells you to. This is a point of confusion for some. It is like telling a 2 year old child to stop getting too worked up about a twisted ankle, which is NOT the same as pretending it is not there and go running and injure it more. > > [Moderator: Check the file section and then post specific questions] > Hi there.
