glutahione nasal spray is ging me these side effects

-cognitive/ memeory recall worse

-crawly neck things

-more sinus pains

-muscle aches

maybe these are a good die off, not sure.

I'm trying to decide if these effects are mold die off or lyme related.

I'm worried whteher these worsening things can be permanent.
