Guest guest
I wanted to mention that just one day of 1/2 teaspoon of lipoceutical glutathione feed the yeasts in my gut (Geotrichum species) as if I had eaten spoonfulls of sugar, they just loved it. Obviously I didn't take anymore and I am relying on a good whey protein instead to build more GSH and sticking to a strict no sugar, no fruit, low carb diet plus natural antifungals and very slowly the yeast situation is improving. Since this happened I have read that oral glutathione does feed yeasts but I cannot remember where I read this, I believe it might have been in an article on heavy metal poisoning and cysteine by Dr Quig.
