Guest guest
--- yes I think it is why. It sits there all day.... and also sometimes it is old food from the deli about to expire..that they try to sell at the buffet.... If you eat fresh prepared and no left overs, no canned or frozen food you might feel a bit better. [Moderator: Also remember that ORGANIC has been constantly found to be higher in nutrients, especially heritage produce. Two other aspects: 1) Restrict wheat in general, it is full of anti-nutrients, see http://www.geo-pie.cornell.edu/issues/toxins.html which is not a good thing for folks suffering from malabsorption. 2) Go for the maximum variety of vegetables that you can. Work your way though every vegetable or fruit available... There is one body of medical-archelogy that believes that the lack of variety humans had in the past is a major contributor to current health issues. ] amy > maybe this is why i often feel gross from eating stuff bought at hot > deli cases, even places like whole foods > > > > > > -I was advised that my throwing up was from mold/not so fresh food > > that does not show mold to the eye, especially used in restaurants. Guest guest
An Environmental doctor told me to not to eat any food that had been sitting out on the counter for 20 minutes or more. He said in 20 minutes that mold formed on the food sitting on the counter and to put the food in the fridge. best wishes Shan
