This is a great compilation. I'd go crazy trying to keep up with it.

Regarding Lyme, some of the info stuck out to me and I'd like to

offer what I know. You may already know this.

Lyme Disease

The best Lyme Disease lab in the country is

probably IgeneX in Palo Alto at 800-832-3200.

Other good quality labs include Boston

Biomedica at 800-866-6254, Immunology Lab at

UNY Stonybrook at 516-444-2600, and Bowen

Research Institute in Florida at www.bowen.org.

My Suggestions, for whatever their worth:

Igenex: Excellent

Stoneybrook: Lost reputation from most I've talked to. I've reviewed

3 results in comparison with other labs and I consider them quite

poor, just my opinion.

Fry Labs: Falls in line with Igenex. They have some excellent tests,

seems most get the babesia/bartonella smear w/ photo.

Bowen: Bowen.org link still works but redirects you. They were shut

down by the state for operating beyond their license. Resurfaced as

Central Florida Research Institute located just North of Tampa in

Florida. Quite excellent although I've seen some get false negatives

from them, but that may not be from the test quality. Their patented

test is $500 through them, but it's also available through

www.mymedlab.com for $252 and you don't need an order from a doctor

to test through that website.

*** Also: Regarding nuero-endocrine-immuno disorders, I didn't see

Redlabs mentioned. They do RNase L panels (believe 37 kDa included,

not sure) They test Substance P, Natural Killer and others. I found

them through the folks that wrote the Canadian Consensus Criteria for

ME and the people behind http://www.ahummingbirdsguide.com/

They have two locations, one is in Europe.
