Both of these are the CDC's recommendation for 2008=2009 Flu Prophylactic

treatment.

(Rather than Amantadines which have helped some and me in the past).

They may be effective for strains of both Influenza A and B.

There are reams, scattered about to read about them on CDC website and

elsewhere.

ATM, I would like to hear from anyone who has tried either, especially with

" original " , viral onset and long term CFS, and/or classic ME.

Experience would also be helpful from those with lung conditions ie asthma,

emphasema, chronic bronchitis. (some precautions are given for these).

Please backchannel from Experimental list if discussion is not allowed.

(Note: My archives search function is not working).

[Moderator: Discussion of this fine --- you raised an interesting treatment

possibility, trying flu anti-virals for some of the CFIDS virus]

Thanks,

Katrina
