Here are the final results: POLL QUESTION: Folic acid (B9 aka Folacin aka Vitamin M) is known to raise histamine levels, vitamin C to lower it. The recent " Salt and C " protocol could be addressing histamine levels. Histamine levels and depression are often associated. I have had my Histamine levels tested with the following results.
