Shaker,

I went to get my test results for you. I went to Dr Shoe two months

ago. So I'm looking - my TNF has not come back yet according to

note they sent me, they are waiting for this one test to come in but

sent me the rest of my tests. My MSH was 8 and retested as <8 with

normal range saying it is 35-81 and yes insomnia is my most major

problem. I HAD painful body this past year and had more than one

doctor say they thought I was 'developing' fibromyalgia but most of

pain has gone. It was building just this past year to a high pain

level I had after antibiotics was given for surgery in October.

Since then it slowly left to my surprise. However I have been off

work and really working on my health. I take a small amount of CSM

not the full dose he asks, however a couple days after starting it

the last of my pains, a very very painful shoulder and arm that

started with rotator cuff injury a year earlier disappeared

overnight. I do not know whether to attribute to CSM or not. My

other pains left BEFORE taking CSM I THINK (brain fog). My doctors

thought I had CSF for sure and beginning FIBRO (early stage cancer

too). Because of the health scare's' I have been taking very good

care of my health and am imploring a number of things I've read

about and advice from other doctors. I was impressed with SUDDEN

loss of the very painful shoulder and arm after starting CSM

though. That was the last of my new body pains but TREMENDOUS

fatigue and weakenss still which is what was first thing and still

sleep problems. My MMP is within normal range but on high border,

range given 85-332, my score was 305 and I had the painful rotator

cuff and arm when tested, hurt with no movement at all like a

toothache and restricted my arm movement in every direction. Now I

only have trouble reaching behind my back which is classic rotator

cuff injury problem I've had for a long time now but throbbing tooth-

ache kind of pain that started to spread down my arm was unusual and

is gone now. I've gone off the CSM for awhile and pain in arm is

creeping back so I will see if it goes away again when I go back on

it. I didn't do this deliberately but may be interesting. All my

androgen hormones are extremely low. DHEA is 18, should be 76-255.

He takes a ton of tests. I gave 20 vials of blood I think so this

is not all but the tests you inquired about.

I wish I could give you more feedback on the CSM but I am concerned

about the chelating affect on minerals FOR ME because of my serious

health problems. I guess just taking LOTS of mineral supplements

could help but then would it 'busy' the CSM taking those and not the

toxins?? I don't know enough. Dr Shoe said I could take the low

dose of CSM though. He said it will just take longer to see any

improvement so I discussed with him.
