Guest guest
> , > Can't you take those test results to an infectious disease doctor in your > local area or next large city and get help with that Thanks for your response, first I had to go to the hospital for severe uticaria twice in one week. If you can believe that same week in between hospital visits I had a physical. Had a good physical and then went to the hospital again for severe uticaria. Next off to the allergist/asthma doctor. Treated the allergic reaction with prendizone, zrytec, etc. for several months. Still having severe headaches so had cat scan. After all the meds I still have all sinuses infected. Off to the ENT. He treated me for several months antibiotics and then the landlord decided to paint and remove wallpaper instead of cleaning mold. By three weeks I was headed for sinus surgery. Right before surgery the landlord ends the lease. So I barely had surgery and had to move. Back then never heard of mold illness. So we moved. Horrible move. One night taking a shower all this blood came out of my nose and it lasted for about 1/2 hour large chunks of whatever. So we moved into another moldy place. Next neurologist for tics. All awhile being treated for asthma reactive airways disease, allergies shots. Allergic to all molds and candida albicans, dustmites. Next to Pennsylvania Hospital. They doctor told me yeast would not hurt me and get a job. Finally move out of that place and went to Dr. Johanning. He resigned a few weeks after my visit. He called my local doctors and told them I had systematic fungal disease and asked my several doctors to treat me with sporanak. All my doctors got scared and eventually all said it was out of their realm of expertise. I can't tell you what it is like to have the asthma doctor tell you there is nothing he can do for me. Next to infectious disease doctor tells me I am borderline immunosuppressive and go on a low carb diet. I went to the desk to get my next appointment and they said I was released. Next to ENT, he retired but his son took over just out of med school. I talked him into Diflican and was on it about 8 months. Next hand injury and got RSD. Had hand therapy for a year and 10 spinal injections. So the last time I knew my white blood count was high but my family doctor would not read anything that I asked him to read like the yeast connection or anything I was desparate. All the doctors were afraid of my illness so I have not seen anyone for several years other than GYN. I am scared but after a while you don't know what else to do. Thanks if you read this. It atleast made me feel better.
Guest guest
, Your story is discusting but all too common with health care now. I've had similar experience with doctors and I took care of my Mom, who they claimed wasn't sick until they finally diagnosed her with Lukemia, rushed her to the hospital, where she died a week later; similar experience with my great aunt who I took care of for 10 years. I especially could relate to rudeness of comments like: " They doctor told me yeast would not hurt me and get a job. " I've come to the conclusions that doctors are rude to patients that make them feel 'inadequate' because *that scares them. They are arrogant and blame you for making them feel inadequate when problem is that they just 'are'. They want you to sit there and listen to them intently and follow their directions, to take the drug they have prescribed, that won't help you but make you his patient for life and maybe get sicker too. I learned this about lawyers too, another arrogant bunch. I finally realized they tell you 'case has no merit' when in actual fact all they are saying is '**I don't know how to do that or that isn't my area of specialty' but too arrogant to say that. I too had to move when I was sick once. I think landlord is afraid you won't be able to pay your rent. Isn't life full of loving people!! Did the 8 months on Difflucan help you? Guest guest
> , > Your story is discusting but all too common with health care now. Regarding the Diflican, I was making progress. Unfortunatley this was after my forth move, filing bankruptcy and the court taking my car cuz we just decided not to pay the last moldy place. We gutted the last place but got ripped off by landlord. We put ceramic tile, gutted walls, put in carpet and the landlord said he never agreed for us to do all that work. His lawyer went to jail. During the battles in court the roof started leaking and needless to say the landlord did not fix it. Finally when they took my car we called the county and they were getting ready to condemn the place cuz of the roof leak, but they still took my car. Even after moving to a brand new apartment and having to replace furniture for the 4th time the court was going to let the landlord attach wages and come and take more of our new furniture. That is why we filed for bankruptcy. After this nightmare I was so upset. My marriage was having trouble, so I left for a summer and only 95 lbs. The day I left my husband had a blood clot by his heart, my dad died the same week I went to Florida to try to get better. My husband lost health insuranace while ill. So I had to stop going to doctors cuz were were hanging by a string-- plus I was not getting anywhere going to doctors. Needless to say it has been very difficult as I am sure you all know. waiting for mold legislation.
Guest guest
, So you stopped the Difflucan because you couldn't afford it? ----- Original Message ----- From: " ldelp84227 " <ldelp84227@...> > > Regarding the Diflican, I was making progress. Poor thing, yes I can- it happened to me too. dying amd it seemed like nobody cared, they are too scared for their own practice with the witchhunters out there. Guest guest
Your experience sounds very similar to mine except somewhat different symptoms. Sometimes you want to give up, but you just keep on trying. Did you have the sinus surgery? Did the Diflucan help?
