Yes, people here have gone to this clinic. For sure one is

Kathy/Tfork. It is well known and very good from what I've heard.

Look back a week or two into posting for her post and send her

question if she does not answer here.

My doc is in LaCrosse, Wisc, and they are very reasonable in price, and take

payments, also

take insurance for almost everything. They have a list of hotels in the area,

and many of

them give a discount for being a patient of theirs.

He hasn't said anything about cholestyramine, to me but treats me on the basis

of

infection and allergy. So far, so good. Now, if I could just quit getting

re-exposed!!!!
