Guest guest
we sold our mold hous with full disclosure of the stacky and everything else you could thing of contaminating it. the buyer did some remodeling, and said it would get cleaned up. this house was evaluated by a contractor and remediator beforehand and they said it was pretty far gone, needed major stuff done, all the sheet rock removed etc, well I hear from the neighbors it is rented out and I'm doubting many of the things needed to be done to make it really safe were not done. It was not completely gutted like it should have been. This house sat for 5 years, it had major contamination. So now there are people in that house and since that house killed my dog and nearly killed me I am more than a bit concerned as I know just how dangerous it can be. They will not know why they have all the symptoms they do and the doctor are clueless down here. What would you do for a clear consience?? Am thinking a anonamous note or sheet of mold information off a site to send them. please tell me your thoughts. Seem theres plenty of contractors who want to buy these mold houses to dress up and resell or rent out without much investment to make them safe.
