FYI, Dr Amy Yasko includes at least one of the MTHFR mutations in her genetic screen for what she believes to be autism-related mutations. I've got one of the MTHFR mutations myself. (I have to admit that when I see MTHFR, the way I pronounce it in my head is not appropriate for mixed company.) That whole " mind map " site looks interesting.
