Guest guest
Hi, Sue. Low Dose Naltrexone is the highest patient-rated treatment for fibromyalgia on the CureTogether.com site. Maybe it would help you. There is information about it at www.low dose naltrexone.org. Best regards, Rich > > I've had Fibromyalgia and also CFS for over 25 years. The last year, the muscle pain has gotten pretty bad. Has anyone experienced the feeling that your insides are cramping? It's not just my back. It feels as if all of my organs are cramping. It's nothing GI going on. It feels like cramping. Guest guest
What has helped me the most, and I've had Fibro since 1988, is a low oxalate diet, no nitrates, no gluten, no sugar, no caffeine and also no artificial flavors like those on chips etc. I take pro-biotics every day. Treating yeast and taking Nystatin helps with food sensitivities which in turn helps with the pain reaction from leaky gut. You MUST take a LOT of magnesium. That helps the muscles in every way. Treating the adrenals by taking Cortef and cutting out the caffeine have been huge in terms of energy. Also, I take an epsom salt bath every other day and this helps when I feel " toxic " like I've had a night of drinking but haven't. OH!! and two more recommendations - control the bugs with herbals and I also take Molybdenum everyday. Hope this helps.  ________________________________ From: sb2boys <sb2boys@...> Sent: Thursday, January 26, 2012 3:58 PM Subject: Question for those with Fibromyalgia  I've had Fibromyalgia and also CFS for over 25 years. Guest guest
I've experienced EXACTLY what you're describing. Unfortunately, the only thing that helped me was oxycodone and later fentanyl. I've had Fibromyalgia for as long as I can remember (since I was a toddler), but I didn't develop CFS until a few years ago. I wish I had some advise for you, but, sadly, I do not.
