New from India. Please guide me on Transfer Factors

Like I have mentioned earlier, I am in India , Male 40. I think I have

fibromyalgia because many symptoms seem to match and all tests come out clean !.

I am starting magnesium and nattokinase very soon and have already ordered them

online. Should be getting them within a week.

I am reading a lot on transfer factors. Can someone please guide me regarding

them. I am not yet tested for any particular virus etc so what transfer factor

or immunity product should I take?

Also, how do you decide on the dose of nattokinase to take ?
