Guest guest
I currently take Immuno-Symbiotic by NutriSpec. My doctor recommends them and does carry the whole supplement line by them. I have taken vitamins all my life for the most part until late adulthood; I started on theirs 3 1/2 years ago and noticed quite an improvement in my energy. I started their probiotics a month ago. The above site is to their physician newsletter and is one of several articles during those months that was on their probiotic line. THey focus on L. reuteri as the main or most important probiotic strain. I've read the newsletters, don't understand much of it though it's not terribly scientific, but after having such a good response with the vitamins decided to stay with their probiotics though I had an interst in Bio-Kult offered by the GAPS diet as well as Primal Defense by Garden of Life. My doctor told a friend to not take Primal Defense because it would cause too much of an acid condition while she had cancer. What I have noticed is that I spent time traveling the past month, was also very inactive the past month and upon returning home and to work was not tired, nor had any downtime, which is not the norm. While I have recovered from a great deal of my fatigue, I still am sub par for most of 'normal' life as I have had in the past and would expect for most people. I notice my food cravings are different, esp. concerning sugar which feeds the bad bacteria and I expect are less now. My appetite is different, less, which is good as I'm also eating better things. However, realistically it may be early to tell what the full effect may be. anne Digest Number 8690 > > >Topics in this digest: > >1a. good probiotic & glutathene >1b.
