mine from a pharmacy in India - costs about $16 for 3 months.

research as I am very brain dead today. Just thought I would point you in a

Just a thought.

to prevent or treat them or any sort of stretching I could do?

Hi ,

I take double the amount used for indigestion. The first part of the dose

neutralizes your stomach acid, the second part gets absorbed into your

bloodstream which then goes to your muscles.

I would do this twice a day if I was in pain then once a day once you stabilize.

You can keep it to twice a day if you tend to overdo it physically.

I forgot to add epsom salt baths with baking soda but not everyone can tolerate

those. My body loves them.

I would do the baking soda about 1/2 hr after a meal as this can be used to help

your digestion. Might as well kill 2 birds with one stone but I think on an

empty stomach works better.

I know people put a little pinch in their water and sip throughout the day to

alkalinize but I'm not sure about that. We need the acid in our stomachs for

germ protection and good digestion.

HTH,

Marti
