Hi Sue,

My Fibro is secondary and I take LDN for relief. It works extremely well (at

the 4.5mg dose) as long as I don't overdo it. (mentally and physically) I get

mine from a pharmacy in India - costs about $16 for 3 months.

I may be wrong but I seem to remember the stomach is smooth muscle so you may

well be correct in assuming your cramps are from Fibro. Not sure - please

research as I am very brain dead today. Just thought I would point you in a

direction for research.

My best fibro treatments are LDN, magnesium, malic acid and baking soda.

Lastly, are you certain that isn't something like food poisoning (low-grade).

Just a thought.

HTH,

Marti

related to GI issues. This is definitely cramping. I've had it off and on for

the last year. It's not when I'm having any GI related issues. Is there any

way to prevent or treat them or any sort of stretching I could do?

Hi Marti

Does LDN help you to sleep?

Do you need a prescription to for your pharmacy in India?

Thanks

The ldn comes in a 50mg tablet, 10 tablets to a box for about $16-$17, but the

s & h is $25 so if you're going to order from them, it's a good idea to order more

than 1 box. I ordered 3.

The way you make the tablet form into the " low " dose naltrexone it to dissolve

it in 50ml of distilled water. It dissolves easily and then you extract, with a

baby medicine dropper, your desired dose. I actually just used a syringe from

my b-12 shots in which I removed the neddle. It has the ml doses and works

fine.

1ml will = 1mg. dissolved this way, so if you want to take 4.5mg, you would

extract 4.5ml. Store liquid medicine in glass bottle in the frigde. I used an

empty glass amber vitamin bottle.

And no, you don't need a prescription at this pharmacy. You can easily order

online or by calling. Takes 10 days to 2 weeks, give or take a few days, to

arrive.

I've been on it for about 7 weeks and am pleased with it. You will experience

some insomina in the beginning and vivid dreams. Some people start out slowly

to help avoid that and work their way up. Dosage seems to be individual and

each has to find their own dose, but it's not recommended going over the 4.5mg

because it is the low in the ldn that gives us the benefits.

Google ldn/fibro or ldn/cfs and read up on it. Lots of good info on the net.

Gail
