Dr Dantini had me on a pretty high dosage & I did terrible (have pretty much the same viruses). He told me to reduce the dosage & I still had a tough time, so then he recommended that I quit. I've read that you can't herx from antivirals as there is no die-off, just stops the replication. I basically have swollen glands & sore throat (plus fatigue etc) continually.
