I would be interested to hear about both biofilm protocols, too.

Sure, it's based on that link I sent to Art Ayers website. He does mention nAju

Usman in his post on biofilms.

I've only just started and havn't implemented it yet but I " m planning to do

something like this:

a. lemon juice (chelates the minerals from the matrix)

b. periodic PEG ( " PEG is an osmotic laxative that absorbs water as it hydrates

and swells. PEG also disrupts biofilms by attacking the hydrogen bonds that hold

the acidic polysaccharides together and to the bacteria. That is why I recommend

PEG for biofilm stripping. " ). Taht wass from the above link

c. proteases ( " Subsequently, the basic, antimicrobial peptides and agglutinins

are cleaved by proteases, e.g. trypsin, that hydrolyze the binding domains " )

d. disachidases (Art doesn't mention this but it just seems like a good idea)

e. fiber

f. gut massage

I think that's it. It seems very similiar to Usmans but with the addition of

the PEG and massage and Usman probably has items this doesn't like

antimicrobials. I've just found in teh past they don't do a thing for me and I

really don't know what to take.
